Who is responsible for your data
CrewHoused is a service operated by Reelt, CVR 29507732. Reelt is the data controller for personal data processed through this website and in connection with accommodation and property enquiries. Full legal company details are available on the Company information page.

What we collect
We may process business contact details, company information, worksite and project details, accommodation requirements, property information, correspondence, and any other information you choose to include in a request or property submission. We do not ask you to submit sensitive personal data through the public forms.
Why we process it
We use the information to respond to enquiries, source and assess accommodation, communicate with companies and property providers, prepare proposals, manage potential bookings and protect the operation of the service.
Depending on the context, the legal basis is taking steps requested before entering into a contract, performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, and/or our legitimate interests in operating a B2B accommodation sourcing service and responding to business enquiries.
Who we may share data with
Where necessary for a request, we may share relevant details with accommodation providers, property owners, company customers, hosting and database providers, email providers, professional advisers and other suppliers that support the service. We only share information that is reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose.
International transfers
Some technology or service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, we rely on an applicable legal transfer mechanism and appropriate safeguards as required by data protection law.
How long we keep information
Enquiry and sourcing information is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for the business relationship, follow-up and dispute handling. Records connected with completed commercial transactions may be retained for longer where required by bookkeeping, tax or other legal obligations.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access your personal data, correct inaccurate data, request deletion or restriction, object to certain processing and receive data in a portable format. Cookies and local storage
The public CrewHoused website is currently designed without advertising or analytics cookies. The internal staff portal may use strictly necessary authentication storage to keep authorised staff signed in. If non-essential tracking is introduced later, this notice and the consent mechanism will be updated before that tracking is used.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures intended to protect information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse or disclosure. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
