CrewHoused is intended for business use and is operated by Reelt, CVR 29507732. Full registered company details are available under Company information. These website terms do not replace the specific written terms used for a confirmed accommodation arrangement.
1. Scope
These terms govern use of the CrewHoused website and the submission of accommodation requests and property information. CrewHoused is a B2B workforce accommodation sourcing service operated by Reelt, CVR 29507732, Denmark. Separate written commercial terms apply to any confirmed accommodation booking, supplier arrangement or paid service.
2. Requests are enquiries, not bookings
Submitting a housing request does not create a booking, reservation, guarantee of availability or obligation to purchase. We may contact you to clarify the requirement and may source potential options. A booking only exists when the relevant parties have confirmed the commercial terms in writing.
3. Quotes and availability
Accommodation availability, pricing, deposits, utilities, cleaning, cancellation terms and other conditions may change until confirmed. Any proposal is subject to the specific terms stated in that proposal or booking confirmation.
4. Third-party accommodation
CrewHoused may source accommodation from independent property owners, operators or other suppliers. The contractual role of CrewHoused and the accommodation provider will be made clear in the relevant commercial documents. Property-specific rules and lawful occupancy limits must be followed.
5. Company responsibilities
A company submitting a request must provide materially accurate information about the worksite, dates, number of occupants and important requirements. The company is responsible for ensuring that its employees or guests use any booked property lawfully and in accordance with the confirmed accommodation terms and house rules.
6. Property submissions
A person submitting a property confirms that they are authorised to offer or manage the property and that the information supplied is materially accurate. Submission does not guarantee that CrewHoused will present, market or use the property for a customer requirement.
7. Website content
We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but general website information is not a guarantee that a particular property, price, service level or location is available. Commercial decisions should be based on the applicable written proposal and booking terms.
8. Intellectual property
The CrewHoused name, website design, text and other original site content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the website for normal business purposes but may not copy or republish substantial parts of it without permission.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, CrewHoused is not responsible for losses caused solely by reliance on general website information or by circumstances outside our reasonable control. Liability connected with an actual booking or paid service is governed by the specific commercial agreement for that service.
10. Privacy
Personal data submitted through CrewHoused is handled in accordance with our Privacy Notice. Do not include sensitive personal data in the public enquiry forms unless specifically requested through an appropriate channel.
11. Changes
We may update these website terms as the service develops. The version published on this page applies to use of the website from its stated update date.
12. Law and disputes
These website terms are governed by Danish law, subject to any mandatory rules that apply. A separate commercial agreement may contain its own governing-law and dispute provisions.
