Workforce accommodation for project teams

Furnished housing for people working away from home starts with the assignment. Send us the worksite, dates, number of people and practical requirements. We investigate suitable options and put a proposal in writing.

What should the brief include?

Tell us where the team will work, when they need to arrive and leave, and how many people need a bed. Separate bedrooms, individual beds, parking for vans, a kitchen, laundry facilities, WiFi and the maximum journey to the site can all affect which property works.

A target budget and currency help us avoid irrelevant options. If some details are still undecided, send what you know and we can clarify the rest.

What happens after you send it?

We review the requirement, approach suitable owners and operators, and check the practical details. If there is a workable option, you receive a written proposal to consider. Sending a brief does not create a booking.

What will the proposal make clear?

Before you commit, the accommodation, total price, what is included, any usage limits, cleaning, deposit, cancellation terms and the contracting party need to be set out. Availability and the arrangement must be confirmed before anything is booked.
